For CSV file, we choose the "Text" Database option

Select the needed file and definte the delimiter and codepage and click OK

We can check the data and if everything is OK in the DataTable tab:

Then we select DataMatrix:

Select the needed Column (in this case, there is only one):

Also don't forget to delete the sample data:

For GS1 Datamatrix, tick the box:

You can scroll between the records with buttons: 

When you will click print, the window will open where you need to select what records need to be printed:

If desired, you can also define different copy quantities for different records, to do so, please go to Printer Setup Tab and copies per label select "Database" and _Qty, if there is no collumn dedicated as copy quantity:
