1. remove SD-Card from the Printer
2. Put it into a SD-Card-Reader
3. Open Disk Management (Datenträgerverwaltung) in Windows
4. choose the SD-Card drive
5. 
6. Right click on the higher partition (~14gb)
7. Hit ok
8. Right click again on the empty partition
9. New simple volume -> Next -> Next -> Next
10. choose Fat32 -> Next -> finish

Now please install the SD-Card back into your printer and start the Printer in DL-Mode:

1. Open Print head (Cover or Lever)
2. Press and Hold the Feed-Button
3. Power on the printer
4. Display should show "DL-Mode" now
5. USB-Port is available
6. Please send the latest Pro Firmware
