How to make diagnostic LAN issue for GoDEX printers

Connect printer with PC per USB and to network over wifi or LAN (depending where is problem on Lan or wifi).

Install     Link:

Select port which you want to scan - same network where is printer and PC - look picture below

Then it will start to scan network flow data like at picture below

Then install Printer Monitor tool on PC: LINK

Send this comand to printer and it will start to log network data whic is commen to printer:

After customer close PrinterMonitor in this folder which he open with LogDirectory file will be updated.

After error ocured wait 2 min and save both results and provide it to tech department so we can detail analised and help.
