Sometimes (e.g. with difficult label media like colorful preprinted labels or thick/thin labels) you might need to inspect the GAP/MARK sensor output and how printer sees them. It is possible to enable the printer to print the sensor output diagram after the calibration. To do so follow the procedure below:

1. Install the media into the printer
2. Power on the printer
3. Open the thermal printhead (printer will beep)
4. 6 times press the feed button on the printer (printer will beep twice)
5. Close the printhead
6. Initiate the calibration.
