To calibrate MX30(i) printer you need to carry out the following procedure:
- Printer must be turned off and TPH closed
- Press and hold the Feed button and while holding the pressed Feed button, power on the printer
- Keep holding the Feed button until printer will beep few times, then release the button.
- Printer will start to feed media and after some time will print the self test page.
- Calibration is done and you can print labels.
Information in selftest page is useful to inspect printer settings, FW version and other. Godex engineers might ask you to provide a photo of selftest page to help to diagnose the issue.
