AG2000 is a cost effective fully automatic print&apply solution. AG2000 uses simple approach to address higher line/product speeds. 

Applicator arm, right after the dispensing edge, incorportates a fan to create vacuum and hold the dispensed label straight. The whole idea of this is to have just a little bit of the label left on the dispensing edge (~10-20 mm), the fan is needed to hold the "free" label part straight:

after receiving the trigger signal from photo sensor or PLC, we quickly dispense the rest of the label and it is being "catched" by the moving product and immediately pulled with product speed, while the next label is being printed with printer speed. By these means, we are able to address higher product speed than the printer speed. Disadvantage of this, however, is slightly worse precision of label placement on the product. 

If higher precsion is needed, you can also use the 1 to 1 approach, but in this case, the printer and product speeds must be virtually equal.
